My first time trying trout during my 5 days at Taigh Ailean (9-14 Aug 22) and, as I said to Katie on the night, it has ‘spoiled’ trout for me from now on – as any place that I try it again will have to be judged by that meal!! Absolutely delicious 😀 and compliments, as ever, to the chef.
(Oh and try the Strathdon Mushroom starter – I did, or a variation of, EVERY night, they were so delicious.)
