Munros Bar is open to residents of the hotel from 6pm to 11pm.
We are serving takeaway food to non residents, with the option to sit outside in nice weather with great views of the loch. Drinks are also available to takeaway.
From September 1st we will be taking very limited table bookings. Please call to ask what we have available.
We will be closed to non-residents on Thursdays and will not be serving takeaway meals.
Currently we plan to move to weekend only opening from October.
We have an excellent selection of whisky with, of course, the full range up to 25 year old from our local Talisker distillery.
We are also very proud of our extensive range of Scottish (and other) gins, served with *proper tonic* or as a gimlet. We are developing a very splendid rum palace too!
Our exclusive house ale ‘Gillean’ is very popular with Skye people and tourists alike. We also have the full range of Skye Ale bottles chilled and at room temperature and another Skye Ale on draft in the summer.

Our Home Cooked Food
As far as possible we use regional ingredients such as Cumbrae oysters and Highland red venison. Our head chef Elanor is developing our Skye larder dishes using foraged and home grown ingredients.
Vegetarian options are available (we can cater for vegans too but please give us as much notice as possible).
We have a pool table, a wood burning stove for chilly nights made cosy and a variety of books about Skye for quiet moments.
The views from the bar and the beer garden are spectacular.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in both the hotel and the bar.
Please tell us if you are bringing your dog to stay so we can reserve one of the designated rooms for you.
We have our own dog, Fritz von Krumm, and the walks and beaches nearby and across the island are wonderful.
We will be happy to direct you towards the best ones!
