Cancellation Policy: if you cancel your booking more than two weeks before your arrival date we will refund your deposit minus £25 administration fee per room.
If you cancel two weeks or less before your arrival date we will retain your deposit but not charge you for the full amount of your room (s).
If you cancel on the day of your arrival, or do not turn up, we will take full payment for your room (s)
